My kids love to get dirty! All.The.Time! With all 4 children home for the summer and a very wet start to the season, I have been dealing with lots of mud. The more dirty my kiddos get, the more fun they have! Whether they are trying to slide into home base on our muddy yard during a family baseball game or riding their bikes through mud puddles, my family sure has some Filthy Plays! Now until September 14, you can share your family’s filthy moments and ENTER the Maytag #MyFilthiestPlay Contest for a chance to WIN a Maytag Washer & Dryer and even a Trip to the World Series!
The #MyFilthiestPlay Contest engages players and fans of all ages! Sliding, diving and other “filthy” plays are some of the most fun and exciting parts of baseball, and nothing is better equipped to handle the filthiest of baseball stains than Maytag washers and dryers.
Maytag laundry‘s newest Top Load Washer & Dryer pair is better built because they are designed, engineered and assembled in America and have the power to clean big league stains. Now, Maytag and MLB are continuing to enhance their connection to America’s national pastime by asking the fans to submit their own “Filthy Plays.”
You can upload photos or videos of their sliding, diving or just “filthy plays” using #MyFilthiestPlay on Twitter or Instagram for weekly prizes like a Maytag Top Load Washer and Dryer pair, and the opportunity of a lifetime – a Grand Prize trip to the World Series! Check out the Filthiest Plays of the Week!
We love baseball at our house because it’s a game the whole family can play together. If we have extended family over, the better the game! Sometimes my 4 year old finds other things to do with our baseball bats though.
She loves to play with them in the mud. They make beautiful art she says! 🙂 How does she like to clean that’s sticky mud off of her? With rocks of course! Muddy moments like these are just perfect for this contest!
Having trouble coming up with some “Filthy” things for your children to do. Think like a child! Close your eyes for a minute and picture yourself as a child. Did you like to jump in mud puddles or head down to the creek? Maybe you played baseball in the rain and practiced sliding into home base with mud splashing on your face. My kids like to roll down hills and make shapes out of mud that’s like clay, mix up anything they can find around our property and create a special soup (non-eatable of course 😉 ) and most recently, they have been enjoying some dry, dusty dirt at each other like magic! Fun, huh?
What types of things did you like to do as a child? Remember when getting dirty wasn’t a big deal? Show your kids your fun side and create fun memories and “Filthy Plays” together this summer!
You never know…your “Filthy Play” could WIN!
Have Fun!
