I always like to start January off with a clean slate. From cleaning through and organizing my refrigerator, freezer and pantry to sorting through out of season clothes hanging in my closet- it’s a great way to start the new year! The winter weather had been lacking earlier this season, but with feet of snow in the forecast this week, I plan on cooking some cozy & warm meals for my family and getting my closet ready for winter- finally! I guess I did miss the snow after all! I couldn’t wait to see what was in my (affiliate) Stitch Fix this month!
Here’s My January Stitch Fix:
RD Style Vivianna Open-Draped Knit Cardigan $68
I really like cardigans. I like layers, and the color of this was pretty, but it was thin too. I guess I was looking for something heavier to wear since winter is cold and snowy here in my neck of the woods. This would be great for spring, but I don’t want to purchase items that far ahead right now.
The Verdict: Returned
Fun2Fun Holcomb V-Neck Top $48
The style of this top was cute as I held it up, but I usually don’t go for these tops because I have a fuller figure and I feel like they are not flattering on me. I didn’t quite care for the color either, which left me with a “Eh...” feeling.
The Verdict: Returned
Loveappella Evie Draw String Funnel Neck Sweatshirt $64
I am all for comfy & cozy clothes- especially this time of year. There is nothing like being comfortable and stylish at the same time. This sweatshirt was soft, but I didn’t care for the funnel neck or the price tag. When the fabric stretched across my chest it gave the shirt a slight swirly circle pattern that wasn’t so flattering either…Yikes!
The Verdict: Returned
Laila Jayde Carlosi French Terry Pull Over $54
Maroons and Burgundy type colors aren’t my favorite, so I didn’t really think I would like this top. I always try everything because, hey, you never know! This top was so soft and I loved the way it fit. It’s nice to wear over a cami or tank with jeans and boots for a casual outfit that’s cozy too.
The Verdict: Kept
Bay to Baubles Nolyn Petal Chandelier Earrings $32
These earrings were really pretty. I probably would have kept them if I kept all of my items from this fix because I would have got the 25% off, but since I didn’t I thought the price was a little high for these.
The Verdict: Returned:
Overall, I am really happy with my fix this month and the piece I kept…I’ve already worn it several times! Have you filled out your style profile for Stitch Fix yet? Do something nice for yourself this year & give it a try! You can sign up with My Special Affiliate Link HERE.
