Welcome to the Project Parade! This weekend my family and I were busy baking some more fun Holiday treats. We had a little baking party with Hot Chocolate, Christmas music and we made “Snacky Gingerbread Houses” that are perfect if you have small children at home like me. You know, no matter how much I plan and prepare for the Holidays, I always feel a little anxious this time of year. I like to have all of my presents wrapped and baking done before the last full week before to Christmas. Leaving that whole week open allows me to really enjoy the Holidays with my family. There have been years that I did Holiday preparations right into Christmas Eve and being so busy like that took away from the whole spirit of Christmas. Not this year. How do you stay organized and prepared during the Holidays?
