Welcome to the Project Parade!  Happy St. Patrick’s Day!  While I had all intentions of making my favorite Bailey’s Irish Cream Cheesecake Swirl Brownies for today, I came down with this yucky 24 hour stomach bug last night!  My son had it 2 days earlier and yesterday it was my my turn along with my youngest daughter’s I guess.  My husband came to the rescue and let me sleep it off while he tended to our other children at all hours of the night.  I just love that guy! 🙂  I will definitely be making that yummy dessert soon for him though!  How about you?  Are you making something “St. Patrick’s Day themed” for dinner or dessert tonight?
