This week for Slow Cooker Thursday I thought I would make something a little unexpected. Dessert. Yes, I said dessert! Did you know you can make a delicious dessert right in your Slow Cooker? This is a warm, ooey-gooey Chocolate Cake that is very easy to put together and tastes amazing topped with a scoop of French Vanilla Ice Cream. There is just something about a warm dessert topped with creamy ice cream that I just love. If you want a special treat this weekend but have limited time, consider making this warm, chocolate lover’s cake and have it waiting for you at the end of your day. What a perfect way to enjoy your weekend!
