For this fun recipe, since it’s being prepared for several servings, I’m using a 6 oz. package of Somersaults Sunflower Seed Dutch Cocoa Crunchy Bite Snacks!
To start, get out 4 mason jars or glasses. Layer each jar with regular or greek organic strawberry yogurt.
Then add a nice layer of your finely chopped, bright red, fresh strawberries. Isn’t this pretty?!
Next, open your package of Somersaults….(oh they smell so good) and add a layer of those onto the strawberries.
Continue to layer a few more times, ending with a thin layer of the creamy yogurt. Add a juicy, whole strawberry to the top, a couple of the Somersaults Sunflower Seed Dutch Cocoa Snacks, and then sprinkle the top of the parfait with some mini semi sweet chocolate chips!
These are such a treat… and one that you can feel really good about too! If you don’t make these for breakfast, you can also serve them for an after school snack or even as a weekend dessert. When short on time, made these ahead, twist on a lid and they are ready to go for any adventure you and your family may have planned!

Easy to Make Yogurt Parfaits that can be served for breakfast, snack or dessert!
- 32 oz. Organic Strawberry Yogurt
- 1 lb. fresh strawberries, chopped (reserve 4 for garnish)
- 6 oz. package Somersaults Dutch Cocoa Sunflower Seed Snacks
- 1/4 cup semi sweet mini chocolate chips

In 4 large (or 8 small for snacks) mason jars add a layer of strawberry yogurt.

Add some chopped strawberries.

Add a layer of Somersaults Dutch Cocoa Sunflower Seed Snacks.

Continue layering, ending with a thin layer of yogurt.

Garnish each of the parfaits with a big juicy strawberry, a few Somersaults Dutch Cocoa Sunflower Snacks and sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top.

Serve immediately or twist on a lid and store in the refrigerator for later.
